CLIFF Academy Masterclass programme 2017
Ever wondered how the very best restaurants create such gorgeous plates of food? Well now’s your chance to learn from the best. The theme of each cooking event will be around seasonal produce and classes will be intimate in size to allow for detailed and individual attention.
The Masterclasses range from €60 to €150 per person and there is also a reduced residential package available at Cliff at Lyons for an additional €170 B&B in a Lilypond Room for two people on the evening of the cooking event.
