Join Michelin-star chef Martijn Kajuiter, CLIFF Executive Chef, at CLIFF Academy on Sunday May 21. Chef Kajuiter will be focusing on the wonderful seasonal tastes of June, to the backdrop of the stunning Cliff at Lyons in Celbridge.
Learn the subtle differences in asparagus from tender Dutch white to the more familiar green variety.
Enjoy classic asparagus cooking with ham, parsley potatoes and organic hen’s eggs. Experiment with caramelisation and serve up asparagus with ice cream!  
It’s strawberry season, learn beautiful ways to compliment this naturally sweet fruit, pairing with flavours such as Elderflower.
