Check in to selected rooms or suites, enjoy super king beds dressed in crisp Irish linen and cosy woollen throws. Walk hand in hand through the grounds with a freshly brewed coffee on a bright Winter’s day or for the slightly more adventurous jump on the CLIFF bikes and cycle through the Kildare countryside with the Grand Canal as your guide. Return to the village and cosy up in front of the fire, then feast on seasonal country classics in the Mill Restaurant as you gaze out at the rushing waterfall.

Our Country Classic package includes an overnight stay in an idyllic Estate or Lily pond room with three-course dinner at Mill restaurant. A full Irish breakfast the next morning is also included. 

The Mill Restaurant offers Irish country classics based on each day’s produce. The majority of produce is grown in our potager garden and polytunnels on the grounds of Cliff at Lyons.
