The four Estate Rooms, sized from 27sq m to 38sq m, occupy the corner rooms of the Mayors building. There are also five Estate Rooms in Jolly Angler. 

In the Mayors building there are two Estate rooms on the ground floor, and two above, all benefiting from the serenity of this pretty stone-cut, wisteria-clad house with an elaborate carved surround doorway centred on the pond’s fountain in front.

Beds are either doubles or twins backed with floor-to-ceiling velvet-studded walls. En-suite bathrooms feature outsized rainfall showers. One of the Estate Rooms has a contemporary freestanding bath.

Contemporary accents are evident in the chrome detailing – the lighting, leather and trunks — and simple colours, including grey, black and sage-green velvets.
