Offering a full body salt exfoliating treatment customised by your therapist to suit your skincare needs, this experience employs our range of nourishing body oils with calming Rose and Lavender or warming Rosemary and Arnica. To complete the treatment, our The Well at CLIFF Chamomile and Organic Carrageen Moss Body Balm is applied to retain moisture and leave the skin supple and deeply hydrated. THE WELL HOT TOWEL SCALP RITUAL

This methodically crafted soothing head, neck, and shoulder massage includes an application of hot towels to enable muscle relaxation and ready the scalp for absorption of active ingredients. Our signature Peppermint & Geranium botanical hair oil is then applied with a hydrating white clay mask to condition the hair and re-mineralise the scalp.

PEAT FOR THE FEET

Peat for the Feet uses organic peat sourced from the bogs of Co. Laois, known for its therapeutic characteristics, which help in reducing inflammation and enhancing blood flow. This one-of-a-kind treatment replenishes the “sole”, leaving it soft and moisturised. Immerse your feet in a warm, cleansing soak, followed by a salt and rosemary exfoliation, as well as a lower leg and foot massage. A rich peat mud mask is then applied to help with circulation. This treatment includes a scalp, neck, shoulder, and arm massage. A polish of the nails is available for an additional €25.

Blood circulation is enhanced using our custom skincare tools, through the employment of a lymph drainage technique. Finish this soothing treatment with our signature peat mask renowned for its remineralising and restorative properties. *The Well at CLIFF Botanical Facial is inclusive of a CLIFF Facial Mist bottle, which can be taken home.
