1. What type of rooms are available at Cliff at Lyons?
   We have a selection of boutique, luxury rooms in Kildare. We offer king, double, and twin rooms. Please reach out to our reception team for more information.
2. Can a third person be accommodated in any room?
   A number of our rooms can accommodate a third person however; they are unable to be booked online. To confirm a twin room or third person, please contact the estate directly by phone or email.
3. What is the difference between Lily Pond rooms and Estate rooms?
   Estate rooms have views over our grounds and estate. Lily Pond rooms have views over our lily pond.
4. Are the cottages self-catering?
   Yes, our luxury cottages offer self-catering accommodation in Kildare. All cottages include a kitchen and living space.
5. Is Cliff at Lyons suitable for a romantic getaway?
   Yes, Cliff at Lyons is perfect for romantic breaks and couple getaways in Kildare.
6. Do you provide cots?
   Yes, we offer complimentary cots upon request.
7. What time is check-in and check-out?
   Check-in is from 4pm. You’re welcome to use the estate facilities if you arrive earlier. Check out is 11am.
8. Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
   A request can be made but it can’t be guaranteed. We will always do our very best to look after your request.
9. Do you have family rooms?
   We don’t offer standard family rooms, but our charming cottages are ideal for family accommodation, with multiple bedrooms, cosy living spaces, and the freedom to relax together in comfort.
10. Are the cottages located within the Cliff at Lyons estate?
    Yes, all Cliff at Lyons cottages are located within close proximity to all main areas of the estate.
11. Is the estate pet-friendly?

    Yes, free parking is available to all guests.

    Shackleton Mill Restaurant offers an intimate setting overlooking the grand canal. On Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, Lunch is served in Shackleton Mill Restaurant from 12:00pm-3.00pm. From Wednesday to Sunday, Dinner is served in Shackketon Mill Restaurant from 6:00pm-9.00pm.
14. What time is breakfast served?
    Breakfast is served in The Orangery from 7:30am – 10:30am, with last sitting at 10:00am.
