Country Classic

The Country Classic package includes an overnight stay in an idyllic Estate or Lily pond room with three-course dinner at the Mill restaurant. A cooked-to-order breakfast the next morning is also included. 

The Mill restaurant offers Irish country classics based on each day’s produce. The majority of produce is grown in our potager garden and polytunnels on the grounds of Cliff at Lyons.
