Dynamic, produce-driven menus are what our kitchens do best, with our Head Chef reaching into his Irish larder to create a memorable feast for every couple.

Couples will find dishes to suit every wedding guest on our canapé, platter, classic and collection menus.

Nathan Dimond, our Head Chef, is available to provide guidance and input during each step of your preparations, tailoring meals to your exact specifications, meaning neither dietary requirements nor fussy eaters will be able to cast a shadow on your big day.

Our full-time events planner, will ensure the catering runs smoothly, liaising with the kitchen and your party throughout the afternoon.

They can also help book and plan pre- and post-wedding suppers and dinners in Dovetail Cottage, The Orangery Restaurant and Trellis, meaning you get to spend the maximum amount of quality time with precious friends and family during your time here.
