Spa Etiquette
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. This will allow time for you to relax into your surroundings and complete a consultation form. Late arrival could result in your session being shortened as all treatments will end at the scheduled time.
- Hotel guests need to come to the spa dressed in robes and slippers.
- When using the relaxation room, treatment rooms, and outdoor spa facilities, please be mindful of other guests in the vicinity. Make sure that your phone is either switched off or silent so that everyone can enjoy complete and undisturbed relaxation.
- Secure all your valuables in the lockers provided.
- Please ensure that we are advised of all medical conditions and allergies at the time of booking and upon arrival.
- We will provide you with bathrobes and slippers during your treatment. These must be left in the baskets provided after the treatment has been completed.
- Children are not permitted in the spa. The spa is for individuals over the age of 16.
- The spa products used during the treatment may not be taken home. Should you wish to purchase them, please visit our luxury retail store CLIFF Home on site, or shop online at www.cliffhome.ie.
